Prof. Cristina Alberini is a world-leading neuroscientist and professor at NYU, whose work has defined the molecular basis of learning and memory. Her discoveries on memory consolidation and reconsolidation form the scientific foundation of ProMIND’s approach.

She trained at Columbia University and held faculty positions at Brown University and Mount Sinai before joining NYU. 

Prof. Alberini is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and recipient of multiple awards, including the NIH Merit Award and the McKnight Foundation Award. She is Co-Chair of the International Neuropsychoanalysis Society and Editor Emeritus of Hippocampus.

Biotech entrepreneur leading ProMIND’s strategy and growth, translating breakthrough neuroscience into a scalable, mechanism-driven platform. She drives company building, partnerships, and financing to advance disease-modifying therapies.

Dr. di Robilant holds a PhD in Immunology and completed her postdoctoral training at Stanford University, focusing on stem cells, aging, and age-related diseases. She has a strong track record in translating academic discoveries into biotech companies across drug discovery, translational medicine, and company formation.

She is the founder of Dorian Therapeutics, a Stanford spinout acquired by Altos Labs in 2025. by Altos Labs in 2025.

Lester Fagen is a former Cooley LLP partner - founding and leading the corporate group for the Boston office - and a trusted advisor to leading venture-backed life sciences companies and investors. With decades of experience guiding company formation, financings, and strategic transactions, alongside active engagement in the longevity field, he brings deep expertise in governance, capital strategy, and board-level decision-making across the full company lifecycle.
